Dynamic Hearing combines the expertise of DSP engineers, application programmers and audiologists to develop products that meet and exceed market expectations. The management team represents the functional groups of the company and collectively develops our strategic direction.

General Manager & Business Development Director
Anthony Shilton, B.Eng (Hons) and BSc
Anthony joined Dynamic Hearing in 2003 and managed technology transfer and product development activities. Prior to this he spent six years at Ericsson, both in management and the hands-on development of hardware and software products. It was at Ericsson where Anthony built his reputation as a talented leader and manager. In the role of COO at Dynamic Hearing he has worked closely with customers and strategic partners to develop the company’s excellent reputation for quality and timely delivery of innovative technology.

Development Director
Tom Harvey, B.Eng (Hons) and BSc
Tom Harvey has a proven track-record of delivering innovative human interface technology to the mobile consumer electronics market. Prior to joining Dynamic Hearing, Tom was Director of Engineering at Synaptics Inc where he led the development of a new generation of touch input solutions that have changed the way users interact with mobile phones, portable media players, notebooks and other portable devices. Tom has developed a strong reputation for collaborating with customers and partners internationally and has successfully built new product development and customer support organisations throughout Asia, Europe and the USA.

Signal Processing Director
Brenton Steele, B.Eng (Hons) and BSc
Dr. Brenton Steele received First Class Honours when he graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering. During his PhD research he developed a new, efficient digital filter architecture and has published several papers on the topic. Brenton gained his PhD in 2003 from RMIT University and has had articles published in numerous peer reviewed journals. Brenton has been instrumental in the company’s hearing aid development.
